Day 1: Arusha – Tarangire National Park
Depart from Arusha in the morning.Drive to Tarangire National Park, known for its large elephant herds and diverse wildlife.Enjoy a game drive in the park, spotting animals like elephants, giraffes, zebras, and various bird species.Picnic lunch within the park.Later in the afternoon, head to your chosen lodge/camp near Tarangire for relaxation and overnight stay.
Day 2: Tarangire – Lake Manyara National Park
After breakfast, leave Tarangire and drive to Lake Manyara National Park (approximately 2 hours’ drive).Enter the park and begin your game drives. Lake Manyara is famous for its tree-climbing lions and diverse birdlife.Stop for a picnic lunch within the park.Continue exploring the park, visiting the lake’s shores and other scenic spots.In the afternoon, exit the park and return to your accommodation in the Arusha area.
Day 3: Lake Manyara – Arusha
Enjoy a leisurely morning at your accommodation or consider an optional activity (nature walk, cultural visit, etc.).After lunch, check out from your accommodation and start your journey back to Arusha (approximately 2-3 hours’ drive).Arrive in Arusha, where you can do some last-minute shopping or explore the local markets if time permits.Depending on your departure time, you might have the option to enjoy a farewell dinner at a local restaurant.Conclude your safari adventure in Arusha.
